| So hello! What do I say? Well things have been rickity-rockety (yes, I said it). So I work in Leeds (UK) right? But every now and then, they move me around different departments. So in the wonderful Craigland Hotels, I work in the bar, the resturaunt, reception, housekeeping, accounting, sales and sometimes I assist in Management (when they need the dirty work to be done like firing someone). So that should be all I would have to do right? WRONG! I get to work in Manchester as well! So I have to take a 2,5008918402001293 hour train from Leeds to Manchester. Things were a little dull, boring and sad for a couple of days, but then guess who comes and surprises me? No not Johnny Depp...that would be cool though. It would be awesome getting drunk with him...(Mental note; aspire to one day get drunk with Johnny Depp. Funny stuff will ensue). But yeah! Ricky showed up! He was having lady troubles, but no more! We decided that we were going to get smashed. And Ricky managed that completely on his own. Yeah we took some booze from the bar. We decided that it was so hard to understand women (not you Kelsey) and we needed wake up gay the next day (not me Kelsey) because men are WAAY easier. What? We are!!! I think we are...aren't we? Never mind...problem is that we did not wake up gay (Kelsey that was my plan don't worry...I'm manly man...thing...person..."it"..we'll go with "it". MEN ARE "IT'S"!). So yeah, things have been good here ever since Ricky showed up. Tomorrow I leave for Leeds. Ricky is coming along but he must leave soon. Woe is me...oh well...its only about 3,49080999!#ยค=)`=!"111038 weeks until I get to see everybody again! I can't wait. I hope you guys are having a great summer. I know mine just started (well kinda. Ricky hangs out by the bar, lounge, the room, the kitchen and goes into town sometimes...while I work. It's like I'm his bitch...hmm...anyway).
Bye boys and gals...sorry I haven't posted in a while...but I will try to get something up here every now and then!
And kids before I forget...Have you remembered to give a reach-around to your Spider-Monkey as yet? Better do it...the Beetle-Chinchilla's are coming back for Fall soon.

| So, here I am again. Yes, I'm still in England. Let's not go into
that...cause if we talk about it long enough...trust me, you'll find
out how much I hate the queen of England.
There's something that happens to me when I am in England. I become
this pessimistic cynical sarcastic bastard. I sit and watch Scrubs
(with the sarc-o-matic Dr.Cox character), House MD (Same only even more
sarco-maestrostic...it's a word when I say it!) and Gordon Ramsey's
"The F Word" (If you do not know who he is...I'm sorry for you)...all
of which really doesn't help my attitude and the way I talk. It's great. You need it to survive here.
Just wait until you meet me again at Monmouth. Yes I was sarcastic in Spring...Welcome to the next level...v 2.2
And then I will revert to the normal lovable stupid Arjun, who's only
excuse for being as silly as he is...is that he is from Europe. Where
EVERYTHING makes sense.
So what's been going on? Well...today something pretty cool happened. I
met Neil Armstrong today. HE IS BORING! SOOO BORING! He had a talk
about the history of aviation. He did one last year as well, and I was
told that it was just as boring. He's fun though. I met him in one of
our other hotels near Manchester. I saw the Presidential Suite there
(Bill Clinton stayed in it last year. I totally asked for a blue light
to find some evidence hahah...no i didn't) and man is it cute. Pretty
shibby hotel this one.
Erm what else? just 25 days until I'm back in Norway.
Amazingness...Which means about 3 weeks left until I and back in the
states...how fucking Sweet. Which means I will get to meet EVERYBODY
and (most importantly) Kelsey. I have missed all of you guys so much.
And i can't wait to meet you guys again. I will talk to you again
sometime on this blog thing when i have the time. Talk to you shibby
dudes later!

So, I awake at 13:00 (yes I operate in military time...its the right way! Who in the world doesn't use the 24 hours clock?! I'll tell you! GERBILS! AND YOU ARE ALL GERBILS! Except Will...) and realise that its almost lunch time here at the fancy and wonderful, Craigland Hotel. Joy! I wonder what kind of horsefeed we will be fed today! So why am I typing things here? Well hmm...nothing really special to report really. Oh wait! Yes I know why I felt a little less human yesterday! Since I supervise some of the staff here...the job of firing someone falls also within my job description (apparently). Aaaaand what happened yesterday? Yep! I had to tell someone they were fired! I felt effing brilliant doing it as well. I didn't even know WHY I had to tell him that he was fired. I'm not even the guy who made the decision, I'm the the messenger! The corperate world sucks. However I did manage to calm myself down while watching a few episodes of scrubs and eating some ice cream. Mmmm vanilla...
You what's really weird? I woke up and saw Power Rangers SPD playing on tv. That was pretty cool. Took me back to the child days of when I would fight with my dad over the T.V. remote so I could watch the original series. Pretty kick ass. I mean the show sucked gym socks, but it was still pretty cool. It's like when you see a plastic bag floating around in the wind. I mean, it's just a plastic bag and what the hell is cool about it in general? But when you see it floating in the windy wind outside, it's like: "Weeee! Look at it! Look at it Flyyyyy! OOOHWEEEE! FLY BAG OF THE WIND! FLYYYY!" And then all of the people you work with think you're weird. I love being weird. Then they fear me. So Wimbeldon has started here (tennis...yeah. N-no no! you got it...tennis.) and we all know what that means. I mean men know what that means? Right? yes we do...oh yes we do. It means...Russian girls in cute little skirts bouncing around. The only thing that would make it perfect is if the T.V. gave a beer to you for every point. Then again...free beer would be a great idea in general. Mmmm beer..
Well I better get dressed (I'm wearing boxers...don't worry. Not commando today) and get ready for brunch. I might post something later today but meh...I might just sleep a little more before my job starts today. Enjoy your days people!

| Wow, it's been a while, eh? I don't think I've written anything useful up here, but then again...who has? So what all has been going on? Well after getting fed up with my last summer job and working effing 15 hour days (yes I know that's not legal, but some of us have to be able to afford college ) i decided to look for another job. I wasn't getting much sleep with the old one and I was doing jobs that were not in my job description. Yeah yeah, I know I sound whiney. But when I'm meant to assist in analyzing a companies transactional statistics, which could cost them a few 100k here and there...yeah there is too much weight on my shoulders as a student! lol. So what do I do? Well, I go around looking for jobs. And I can't find any. Seriously. NO ONE is hiring in Norway. In Norway you get paid really well...problem is to first off GET a job. That's the most important part of it (i know, duh). So what do I do? What is the most intelligent thing I could have done (note the sarcasm)? Well i'll tell you. I applied for a job in England. The country i despise the most...apart from Russia (Moskow i hope you dissappear off the face of the earth!). Ok, I don't despise England...I just really really really really really really really (in the 10th power) really really really really really (getting the picture?) don't like it here. So here I am sitting in Leeds, England. Working in a Hotel as Management Assistant and Receptionist and Waiter (if they need extra help). Bored is what I am...BORED. And it's become more and more difficult to talk to my baby off in the States. And she's busy with work...I'm busy with work...She's busy with stuff...and I'm busy with trying to sleep day's away on my off time so that day's go by faster. Besides things sucking...I'm ok. Here in England the World Cup (thats "The big soccer thing" those europeans are all gaagaa about to you americans) is really deciding work hours. It's funny. People rush home and around just to watch the World Cup. Will is actually working in Germany and lives like 10 mins away from the events taking place I was told. That's pretty amazing, I think I'm going to the 2010 World Cup. But maybe just for 1 game. I hate "watching" sports...so dull...Now if I could play against the guys in the World Cup...hmm...yeah I would get my ass handed to me on a flattened football. But it would be fun, no? I plan on writing quite a bit here...seeing as I sometimes am near a computer and just never do anything around it on my little breaks.
Hope you other dudes and dudettes in monmouth are rocking it out. Chill, and have a great summer! Anybody want to cheer me up? Bring me a box of Krispy Kreme when we get back to college...mmmm...doughnuts....(thank you homer.).

| So here I am!
In Bergen...Norway!....woohooo....god....first year...over. Man was it
hard. Ok so now I have to work in order for things to get set right and
straight. I might even have to go to India. In India I might have a job
offer from JWT staring at my face which is like...woah...JWT! thats
like...THREE INITIALS! how do i handle that?!
But if I do go to india...it makes it harder to keep in touch with
friends and family in the states and in norway. So lets see what
happens.
So yeah things have happened of ther course of my
stay at Monmouth....man what can I say? I've had my ups and downs...but
definatly mostly ups. Things have been going good and I think I just
need to get back into the routine of things.
All my finals went ok, all my classes are over and
all my art projects are handed in and done with. Now work starts yay.
I was staying with my girl over in chicago, and things were good. Then
she surprised me with a visit down to my one of my best bro's place!
holy crap i did NOT see that happening. Best surprise ever! they took
me around chicago and showed me around. Better than my last trip in
there. Man that was a pain.
So yeah on another amazing note. The airline lost my luggage! yay. My
art projects, my clothes, my drawings, my good suit, my gifts for
friends and my sister all gone. YAY!
i have no clothes! NO CLOTHES! NOOOOO CLOOOOOTHES! ok yes i do...but hey...
oh what else? oh yeah fun people on the plane that kept me awake while i was trying to sleep. Fun stuff.
On a bye bye note...: i have rekindelled my love for rum. Thank you airhostess for making the planeride easier.
Will keep the gang updated about my time here in norway or india.
talk to you laterz!
